The green: These foods are good to protect against cancer because they are high in phytochemicals such as isothiocyanates. Contains two excellent antioxidants like lutein and zeaxanthin. Artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, green beans, are among the essential green foods. The avocado and within the kiwi fruit also come into this world that flourish more.

Yellow: These fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamin C, in addition to up their defenses of the respiratory system, help blood to clot and protecting the skin against free radicals. The pineapples, guavas and pears fall into this category.

Red: These foods contain lycopene, which fights against cancer and are rich in ellagic acid which help in the defense of cells and fight heart disease. Strawberries, blackberries, tomatoes and peppers are indispensable to fill our lives with passion.

Purple: The grapes and red cabbage to protect cells from oxidation, which helps delay the onset of signs of aging.

White: The onion, garlic and mushrooms are rich in allicin and quercetin, linked to lower risks of heart disease. Cauliflower is famous for its rich sulfurafano, which fights cancer.
