People often think that eating lots of vitamins and minerals, taking only supplements are sufficient to save our hearts of the problems associated with cardiovascular disease and especially to protect children from the presence of different forms likely cancer. </p>
<p>A recent study by a research group at the University of Hawaii has followed a group of individuals of approximately 82,000 men and 100,000 women with an average age of 60 years, for a long period of 11 years. </p>
<p>In this study participants were separated into two different groups. The first had a daily intake of multivitamins, while the second has led a life without regular intake of specific supplements. </p>
<p>The long-term research showed that both groups had the same complications and the same physical health. </p>
<p>Even if none of the deaths occurred in this time, was not particularly clear, a clear reference to the use of supplements and multivitamins. </p>
<p>The two groups have therefore presented the same physical conditions and characteristics and pathological conditions, without a clear distinction between those taking supplements and those who had not consumed. </p>
<p>Researchers have argued that vitamin supplements can be useful for a more energetic life, very useful when the body suffers from some shortcomings. </p>
<p>Prevention and heart health, especially, the enemy of the century, that is cancer, it remains the best solution to protect health. </p>
<p>Good habits, healthy living, regular physical exercise are of great help to our hearts. </p>
<p>Eat healthy foods, healthy eaters through improved cooking methods, and choice of steamed food and limit the use of fats, helps keep the body fit. </p>
<p>Eat foods that contain antioxidants and fiber, which are mainly fruits and vegetables are important to fight cellular aging and the accumulation of carcinogens in the body, thus preserving it for serious degenerative disorders such as diabetes and cholesterol.</p>

<p>What can we procure our children to lead a healthy and balanced diet as part of good habits that keep them in shape?<br />
The tips are aimed at children aged three years and adolescents, and listed a colloquial way, appealing to children themselves.</p>
<ol>
<li>Enjoy your food. Try to eat different foods every day to      enjoy a varied diet and enjoy it. Come with your family and      friends.</li>
<li>Breakfast is a very important meal. Your body needs energy after sleeping, so breakfast is      essential. Choose breakfast foods rich in carbohydrates      such as bread, cereals and fruit. Skipping meals, especially breakfast, can      lead to control hunger, often leads to overeating. Skipping breakfast, you&#8217;ll be less focused      on school.</li>
<li>Eat lots of different foods. Eat different foods every day is the best recipe for good      health. You need 40 different vitamins and minerals      for good health and no one food which alone can supply all. There is no food &#8220;good&#8221; or &#8220;bad&#8221;, so why      do not you stop eating the things you like. Just make sure you get the right balance by eating a wide      variety of foods. Making balanced decisions over      time!</li>
<li>Base your diet on carbohydrates. These foods provide energy, vitamins and      minerals you need. Some foods rich in carbohydrates are pasta,      bread, cereals, fruits and vegetables. Try to include some of these foods at each      meal as more than half the calories of your diet should come from them.</li>
<li>Eat fruits and vegetables at every meal. You can enjoy fruits and vegetables at meals as tasty snacks. These foods provide vitamins, minerals and      fiber. You should try to eat 5 servings of fruits      and vegetables a day.</li>
<li>Fat. Everyone needs some fat in the diet for good      health, but consuming too much fat, especially saturated fat, can be bad      for our health. Saturated fats are found in dairy foods,      cakes, pastries, fatty meats and sausages. Balance your food choices &#8211; whether to      consume lunch foods high in fat, try to choose foods with less fat at      dinner.</li>
<li>Snacks. Snack between meals provide energy and      nutrients. Choose a variety of snacks such as fruit,      sandwiches, cookies, cakes, crisps, nuts and chocolate. Make sure you vary your choices to balance      your diet and not eat too much, but not be hungry for lunch</li>
<li>Quench your thirst. You must drink plenty of liquids because 50%      of your body consists of water. It takes at least six glasses of liquid a      day, and even if it is hot or you are exercising. Water and milk are great, but is fun too.</li>
<li>Care for your teeth. Care for your teeth by brushing twice a day. Foods rich in starch or sugars can influence      the onset of decay if eaten too often, so do not nibble or drink drinks      all day.</li>

<p>Coral <a href="http://www.pwapower.com/tag/calcium">Calcium</a> is derived from corals of the order Scleractinia. Coral reefs are such an exoskeleton (external skeleton): This mineral structure, consisting mainly of calcium carbonate, is used to structure the settlement.</p>
<p>When a piece of coral off the structure and falls to the bottom of the sea, the organism dies and there remains only the minerals and trace elements of the skeleton. These debris that is ground into fine powder and is sold under the name of coral calcium.</p>
<p>The structure of coral is so similar to the bones of animals and humans as medicine uses it for several decades as the basis for bone reconstruction.</p>
<p>In Japan and India, traditional medicine has long used this substance as a source of calcium. However, advertising exaggerated which is the subject of coral calcium today, the United States in particular, lends properties that calcium does not and has never had.</p>
