Phosphorus. Is the nutrient of the brain, nervous and supporting bones, apples plums, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds.

Benefit of Sprouts

Sprouted seeds are a complete food, very healthy and can prepare delicious ways. They provide few calories and many nutrients including enzymes.

What are the sprouts?
Some people call them babies. They are seeds or grains that have been put to germinate. Al germinate containing proteins are absorbed more easily, form enzymes beneficial to health. Sprouts greens are easy to digest.
