In part they formed in skin by the action of sunlight (ultraviolet) and partly to be taken with food. <a href="http://www.pwapower.com/">Foods rich in vitamin D </a>are oily fish, fish liver oil, margarine, eggs, milk and dairy products.</p>
<p>3. Nutritional Needs<br />
The RDAs are 5 micrograms / day (depending on sun exposure).</p>
