The days have become longer and the temperature starts to rise: Summer is just around the corner. This season brings fruits that are appropriate for the days in the sun, for its freshness and vitamin value. The most popular seasonal fruits are apricots, cherries, cranberries and blueberries, among others.

It is ideal to consume these fruits because they are now cooler and even cheaper, because of their greater availability. Some of these fruits can be turned into jams and preserves, others can be frozen to enjoy them during other stages of broken, above all, many turn into delicious cakes and sweets.
