Eat and Burn Calories
Speaking of energy balance are basic fundamentals and calories, ie the energy we eat compared to what we eat. If you eat more than you burn, the excess energy remains, shall we say, “The deposit” of the body as fat. To lose weight you must burn more calories than you eat. I honestly do not need to count calories, just consider how it works. The most important thing is to eat varied and comprehensive to meet the nutritional needs of the body. Biscuits, chocolate, donuts and so on. giving “quick energy”
