The first issue to be addressed is how to choose a sunscreen that best suits you and yours. When you choose should be guided primarily by two criteria: the type of skin type and age of the person. In addition, the face, for example, has increased risk of burns, so it should be protected in a special way, like other areas sensitive to solar radiation.
If you want to be even more selective in choosing our sunscreen on the market there are many variations to cover all needs and tastes. So, are those known as waterproof (water resistant), the rubproof (resistant to friction), and the anti-aging, those created to prevent jellyfish stings or for man. I remember that every time I go to the beach, mud smeared me as my mother told me to do, and scrubbing the skin. The truth then, I feel the skin smoother. This practice is known as mud and applied in specialized centers, it is clear that my mother knew her!
This treatment consists of covering the body with a mixture of mud and water and let dry. While the mixture is wet is when you do the effects on the skin. We accompany it with herbs and massage, and by the way, relax and increase blood circulation.
The mud has cooling properties, anti-inflammatory and healing that can be used in making various pathologies, both aesthetic and health. Its main feature is that it absorbs toxins and brings a wealth of minerals quickly and efficiently.
Then I leave a list of your applications:
- External: we can use it to treat combination skin and fat as an alternative cure for acne. Because tones and hydrates, it is advisable to remove cellulite and sagging. Also, heals wounds and burns and hides marks and stains.
- Internal (effects within us): clears and revitalizes the tissues. Used as a pain reliever and eliminates body stomach ulcers.
