All about Sunspots
With rising temperatures and increasing daylight hours like going out for walks in the park, walking along the beach and even some people are encouraged to take the first swim of the year at sea. It is important to take precautions to protect our skin, especially if the tone of it is very clear, as it will be more sensitive to the effects of the sun.
Sunspots tend to occur more often on the face, neck, chest and hands. This change in the epidermis can manifest as freckles, moles or dark spots.
with a few simple habits can prevent them:
- It is important to always use a sunscreen before sun exposure, even when we went for a walk (apply sunscreen 15-20 minutes before).
- Prevents receive the rays of the sun during peak hours (noon). – Remember that sun exposure should be gradual. Must be re-used to the skin.
- Never wear perfume before colonies or sunbathing, or in general, products containing alcohol in its composition.
- If your skin is wet, resguárdate in the shade, otherwise it would be easier than you burn.
- When you get home, wash with mild soap and then moisturize your skin.
- If you are pregnant use sunblock cream.
